SVIVAH is a women-designed, women-run, women-centered community dedicated to exploring, designing, and discovering a more nourishing, inspiring, and connected Jewish communal experience for women.
Our team is as diverse as our community. Just like our community, our team welcomes all those who would like to be included in a circle of Jewish women. We encourage applications from candidates who reflect the beautiful diversity of our community including Sephardic and Mizrahi Jews, Jews of color, Jewish-adjacent women* or interfaith partners, individuals with disabilities, immigrants, LGBTQIA individuals, individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Gathering Tech Support
SVIVAH is regularly seeking individuals to provide backend tech support for our virtual Zoom gatherings as the need arises. This is a low commitment opportunity that could work for s0meone with a flexible evening schedule (students welcome!). We’re open to having a few people fill this role as needed.
This mainly involves assisting with monitoring Zoom waiting rooms, assisting with screensharing, adding helpful information into the Zoom chat, and supporting our staff/educators as needed. Some functions you should be comfortable with — how to let people in and out of waiting rooms, screen sharing, pinning/spotlighting speakers, posting in chats, and creating/managing breakout rooms.
These opportunities are usually in the evenings 1-3 times monthly between 7-10pm ET. We offer $20/hour and will include a 30-minute paid training session. Hours are flexible and will change with our gathering schedule.
