Turning Inward: A Path To A Peaceful Heart

Workshop Series

With Naama Sadan

Mondays 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/22 @ 8-9:15pm ET

Join Naama Sadan as she guides this workshop series on a journey through the four gates of inner understanding inspired by the teachings of the famous spiritual scholar, Yemima Avital. This series will give simple tools for a deep exploration into our spiritual selves and connections to the divine.

No previous Jewish learning experience or familiarity with Hebrew necessary. You wonโ€™t have to share anything unless you want to.

Join us for this first workshop, and then participate in the remainder of the series.

Join us Mondays 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/22 @ 8:00-9:15pm ET

Please invite someone you think might want to be with us, too.

Naama Sadan Headshot

Naama Sadan is a teacher and a learner. Her interest in holistic systems takes her between different worlds: environmental education, inner work, Jewish learning, and embodied practice. As a Ph.D. student at Hebrew University, she studies environmental policy networks. Outside of academia, she is the lead teacher at the Eiynaich Yonim fellowship for spiritual climate leadership and a recent alumna of the "Jewish pedagogies of well-being" fellowship at M2 where she developed writing protocols using the Yemima method in order to bring feminine voices into Jewish well-being discussions. Her flower studio, "intentional flowers", offers Kabbalistic-inspired floral designs and home-ritual building sessions. She lives with her husband in Berkeley, CA.

SVIVAH never wants cost to be a barrier to participation and all of our gatherings are offered with a suggested donation. We are thrilled to have you, no matter what!

Yemima made it a point to always require a financial commitment to her classes. In that vein, we welcome a contribution of $36 for this series. If a scholarship for this series would make it easier for you to join us, please be in touch!

If you believe in the work weโ€™re doing and want to help us a bit more, we would be grateful for any additional contributions.
