Sitting in the Sukkah with R' Aliza Sperling, Zoe Fertik, Mrs. Bracha Krohn, and Rabba Wendy Amsellem

The custom of ushpizin, welcoming guests of the past into the sukkah has traditionally been about men from our long history. Today, we are going to lean into Ushpizot! Because there are incredible women who we can invite into our sukkot!

We will gather at a special time on Sunday, October 12th at 10:30-11:30am ET.

As always, come when you can, stay till you can’t. But, come. We have so much to learn from you.

Bring your coffee and join us as we welcome some special women*… past and present… into the sukkah with us. (That means you!)

Please invite someone you think might want to be with us, too.

HerTorah gathers together a diverse community of Jewish women to connect over our shared heritage, explore our collective wisdom, and elevate our communal experience in learning with and from one another.

HerTorah is made possible in part by support of the Aviv Foundation and The Covenant Foundation and inspired by each one of us.

SVIVAH is dependent on the generosity of those who choose to invest in a powerful community of women. As always, cost should never be a barrier to anything SVIVAH, but if you can, please help us show respect to our speakers/facilitators for their time and expertise. www.svivah.org/donate
