Ogen: Anchoring Ourselves
Living a Meaningful Life
with Naama Sadan
"Ogen" is Hebrew for "anchor."
These gatherings offer an exploration of simple tools to grow meaning in our lives. Anchoring our week with 45 minutes of Jewish wisdom, self-reflection, and emotional awareness.
Join us on Tuesdays at 1pm ET // 10am PT. Come when you can.
Taught by beloved SVIVAH educator, Dr. Naama Sadan, Ogen offers a much needed space to explore the Hebrew word mashma’ut — meaning — through the teachings of feminine Jewish teachers
Each session will weave reflection, learning, and Jewish wisdom in Naama’s unique way of teaching.
This workshop welcomes learners of all backgrounds, no previous experience or knowledge of Hebrew needed.
Bring a warm drink, something to write with and write on, as we give ourselves these few minutes to anchor together.
Let’s start the week with a space to steady.
Join us. It’s good to be together.
Please join the accompanying Ogen WhatsApp group for continued content, and to stay connected when you cannot join us in person.
Join this private accompanying WhatsApp group facilitated by Naama for continued inspiration, prompts, and connection — as well as recordings of prior sessions.
Please invite someone you think might want to be with us, too.

This gathering welcomes women* 12+ and learners of all backgrounds.
SVIVAH is dependent on the generosity of those who choose to invest in a powerful community of women. As always, cost should never be a barrier to anything SVIVAH, but if you can, please help us show respect to our speakers/facilitators for their time and expertise. www.svivah.org/donate
